PTL Fabricators, LLC to Transition to Employee Stock Ownership Plan in 2026
CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee, February 9, 2026 — PTL Fabricators, LLC announced plans to sell 100% of outstanding stock to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust, or ESOP, effective December 31, 2025. The transition was recently announced internally during the company’s Employee Christmas Eve Breakfast and represents a strategic step in the company’s long-term growth and workforce investment strategy.
The newly formed ESOP, Synergy Fabricators, Inc., will allow eligible employees to become beneficial owners of PTL Fabricators through a qualified retirement plan. Shares will be allocated at no personal cost to eligible employees, providing an opportunity to participate in the company’s long-term performance & growth.

PTL Fabricators will continue operating under its existing leadership team and organizational structure. The company will remain headquartered in Clarksville, Tennessee They will continue providing fabrication and industrial services to existing and new customers with the same quality service.
